基盤技術・技術を強みにインフラエンジニアとしてお客様のビジネスを支援します。
ITビジョン・IT戦略の策定
PMまたはPMOの立場で、現行システムのリプレイスや新規システムの導入プロジェクトを担当
【参画想定プロジェクトと業務概要】
主なお客様:大手航空会社およびグループ会社
自社のITに関わるビジョンや戦略に関する相談
潜在的にあるビジョンを具体化すべく、検討時の論点や必要情報を整理
ワークショップを開催し顧客メンバーの考えを整理し、明確にするよう支援
IT推進を担う組織が備えるべき組織機能などの検討に際し、専門性の高い内容に加えて世の中のトレンドや事例紹介などを通じてビジョン検討推進を実施
ビジョン内容と現状を比較分析し、ビジョン実現のロードマップを具体化および戦略の柱となる重点施策案の立案支援を実施
プロジェクトの進捗管理や課題管理、リスク管理などを顧客と同様の立場で推進
顧客の関連部門・関係者や外部ベンダーとの間に立ち、プロジェクトの成功に向けて必要な支援

【求める人材】

・インフラエンジニアとして5年程度の運用/構築経験
・顧客折衝あるいはベンダーコントロールの経験
・プロジェクト/組織のマネジメント経験
