【仕事内容】

自動車関連の問い合わせ対応 ・自動車修理・整備に関する販売・在庫・売上管理システムの操作方法・不具合等の問い合わせ対応 ・対応履歴入力 ※1日平均15~20件/1件平均通話時間15分/システム入力平均時間20分 ※閑散期はアウトバウンドコールが発生(例:新サービス商品販売促進コール等) 職場環境 ・フロア人数:50名(男性16名:女性34名) ・服装:自由 ・改装されたばかりのカフェテリアみたいな休憩室あり ・社員さんの手厚いフォローあり定着率が高く、居心地の良い職場
