仕事内容:

ショート動画編集のオンラインスクールにて、受講生に指導する講師の方を募集いたします。

【概要】

オンラインスクールの「ショート動画編集」のクラスにて講師を担当していただきます。

クラス専任講師として、指導をしていただきます。

そのほか受講生の課題添削などを担当いただきます。

【依頼内容】

担当クラスの講義および、課題添削、チャットでの質疑応答のご対応をいただきます。

1クラス当たりの稼働内容

■生徒数

2名以上~10名

■講義

弊社のカリキュラムに沿って講義を行っていただきます。

・講義時間:1回あたり2hの講義

・契約期間:週に1回、1クール12回(12週間)

・開催時間:クラスによって応相談

■課題添削

毎週生徒から提出されるライティング課題の添削を行っていただきます

アピールポイント:

・自社のマッチングプラットフォーム事業を拡大中

・卒業生に対して、弊社が受注した案件を提供

・講師が制作ディレクターとしてチームを率い、案件にも関われる体制へ

・将来的には正社員登用や事業責任者・役員候補へのステップも可能

求める人材:

■必須スキル

CapCut を使用したショート動画編集ができる方

■歓迎スキル・経験

・ショート動画案件の実務経験

(YouTubeショート/Instagram Reels/TikTok など)

・ショート動画における

構成設計・フック作り・視聴維持を意識した編集

・マーケティング視点を持った動画改善の知識

※Premiere Pro を使用し、

YouTube編集・ウェディング動画(WD)にも対応可能な場合、

担当クラス数の拡大もご相談が可能です。

※※まずはショート動画コースのみのご担当でも問題ありません。

勤務時間・曜日:

・週1日~

・1コマあたり2時間/週

休暇・休日:

・講義時間:1回あたり2hの講義

・契約期間:週に1回、1クール6~15回(12週間)

※コース毎に開催回数に変動あり

・開催時間:クラス毎によって応相談

※平日20~22時、土日12~14時頃の開催が多い状況です

勤務地:

完全リモート対応のため、在宅での作業が可能です

給与:

【1】リアルタイム講師(Zoom授業)

毎週1回/2時間×全4~12回のクラスを担当

クラス人数:10~20名程度

担当形式:ライブ講義(Zoom)

報酬:時給4,000円〜(実績により昇給あり)

【2】メンター・添削講師

月2回(30分)のメンターMTG

チャットでの質疑応答

報酬:月4,000円/受講生1人

想定モデル(メンター10人担当の場合)

固定報酬 10人×4000円=40000円/月

想定稼働時間 10人×1時間(面談)=10時間/月(チャット対応除く)
