東京の食文化を代表する「もんじゃ焼き」。その伝統的な魅力を大切にしながら、革新的なアイデアでブランド価値を高めていくことがミッションです。デザインの力で各店舗の世界観を構築し、お客様に忘れられない「東京の文化体験」を提供してください。

  • 業務詳細

リーダー候補として、幅広いデザイン業務とチームのディレクションをお任せします。

・紙媒体:店舗POP、メニューブック、ショップカード等のデザイン

・デジタル:SNS投稿画像、WEBサイトのバナーやページデザイン

・ブランディング:店舗ロゴやブランドガイドラインの作成・運用

・その他:商品や店舗風景の写真撮影・レタッチ、外部パートナーとのディレクションなど

  • 入社後の流れ/教育体制

入社後はまず、座学研修で同社の事業やもんじゃ焼きの歴史について理解を深めていただきます。その後はOJTが中心です。先輩社員のサポートのもと、まずはPOPやメニュー制作など得意分野から担当。徐々に業務範囲を広げ、チームをまとめる役割も担っていただきます。資格取得支援制度もあり、スキルアップを応援します。

将来的には、デザインチームを率いるアートディレクターとしての活躍を期待しています。ブランド全体のビジュアル戦略の策定、キービジュアルやロゴの監修、店舗空間の提案、クリエイターのマネジメントなど、より上流の工程からブランド構築を牽引するポジションを目指せます。

もんじゃ焼き専門店からはじまり、海鮮料理、せいろ飯など幅広く運営する外食事業。もんじゃ焼きの専門店としては、日本でも数多くの店舗数を抱え、旗艦ブランドの「もへじ」をはじめ、「くうや」、「おこげ」など、ブランドによってコンセプトはさまざま。社内にあえて複数ブランドのもんじゃ焼き店を展開することで、各店が良きライバルとして互いに高め合える関係を築いています。

今後は全国の主要都市だけでなく、海外も視野に入れています。例えば、シンガポール、バンコク、ハワイ、ロサンゼルス、ニューヨーク、パリ、ロンドン。近い将来はこれらのエリアにも出店し、もんじゃの素晴らしさ、東京文化の奥深さを世界にも伝えていきます。
