【仕事内容】

  • 仕事内容

解体工事DXプラットフォームにおける、見積依頼~積算~受注~発注~施工管理~産廃処理までのバリューチェーンにおいて、品質と収益性を最大化するためのオペレーションや仕組の改善、チームマネジメントをCEOの右腕として担当いただきます。

具体的には、下記を実現する仕組みの構築と運用のブラッシュアップを行っています。

・積算:最適な値決めを誰でも早くできるようにする(施工管理者のナレッジと過去見積データにもとづく自動積算システムの構築等)

・調達:取引先とのネットワーク構築と発注オペレーション改善によって原価を下げ、発注先工事会社と自社の収益性を向上させる(安さと安全性が両立する工事会社の選定、最適な処分場の自動選定システム構築等)

・施工管理:安心安全な施工管理品質を担保したうえで、1人あたりの担当案件数を増やす(リモート施工管理システムの構築等)

・事務:マニフェストや各種申請業務を合理化する(法令遵守体制の整備、申請業務の電子化・事務業務の仕組化等)

本ポジションについては、まずは「調達」もしくは「積算」領域のオペレーションや仕組の改善、チームマネジメントからお願いする予定です。

中長期の戦略である、解体工事市場における「DXによる合理化受注量の拡大期更なる規模の経済性の発揮」を実現するために、CEO直下の事業開発担当・マネージャーとして、バリューチェーンの各領域の事業開発を牽引いただける方を募集します。
