現在、私たちは「Program Manager (Launch execution)」を募集しています。本ポジションは全国に展開するAmazonの配送拠点立ち上げのプロジェクトマネジメントに責任を持ちます。拠点立ち上げまでのプロセスを理解した上で、社内関係者と協力してタスクの進捗確認・課題整理・改善を進め、期日通りに配送拠点立ち上げを実現させることが主な業務内容です。その他、改善点をプロジェクト化して論点の整理や新しいプロセス策定に向けた社内調整を行い、より良いプロセスを構築することも目指します。
プロジェクト概要を複数の社内関係者が理解できるよう丁寧に説明する能力や事業拡大が急速に進む中、不確実かつ流動的な環境で自立して業務を推進することができる能力が求められます。
Eコマース・物流などの業界経験者のみならず、新しい分野でチャレンジしたい意欲のある方を募集しています。

Key job responsibilities
プロジェクトコントロール&モニタリング
・配送拠点の立ち上げ日に合わせてタスクリストを作成し、キックオフミーティングを主催
・配送物量の計画と配送車両の台数の整合性が取れているかの確認および修正
・社内関係者との定例ミーティングの企画・運営
・タスクの進捗を確認し、遅れが出ている場合のサポート及びトラブルシュート
・リスクの早期発見および対策
・社内関係者に対してツール・標準プロセス等を連携
ツール・プロセス改善
・より高品質なローンチを実現するための改善プロセス提案
・プロジェクト管理ツール、ダッシュボードの新規導入及び改善
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP certificate- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
