オープニングスタッフ追加募集

2025年8月、石津川駅近くに新しくオープンしたキレイな工場

清潔感のある落ち着いた環境で、コツコツ軽作業に集中できます。

  • 冷暖房完備&カフェのような食堂あり

働きやすさにこだわった快適な環境で、長く続けやすい職場です。

  • 未経験の方も歓迎

細かいパーツを扱うため、手順に沿って丁寧に取り組める方にピッタリ。

工具の使い方からしっかりお教えしますので安心して始められます。

  • 9:00〜17:00の固定勤務

家庭やプライベートと両立しながら働けると好評です

  • お仕事内容

扱うのは、釣り具(リール)や自転車に使われる小さなパーツ。

ドライバーでネジを締めたり、

パーツをカチッとはめたりする"シンプルで覚えやすい"作業です。

  • 1日の流れが決まっているので、落ち着いてコツコツ取り組めます。
  • 細かいパーツを扱うため、丁寧さが大切なお仕事です。

勤務時間詳細


【 勤務時間 】

9:00~17:00

(実働7時間/休憩1時間+小休憩あり)

*お昼休憩は1時間+15時前後に10分のプチ休憩あり

「少し休んでリフレッシュ」ができる、無理のないペースです。

*休憩中は外出OK

近くにお住まいの方は、

「お昼ごはんは家でゆっくり」「洗濯物を取り込んでから戻る」など、

自分のペースで過ごしています。

*17時ピッタリ退社OK

「夕飯の支度に間に合う」「保育園のお迎えにも行ける」と好評です。

土曜日・日曜日・祝日

(土曜日は会社カレンダーによる※月0~2回程度の勤務)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1215円 〜

※平日のみ勤務の場合:時給1180円

給与例
