私たちの園は、定員12名/0〜2歳/1クラスの小さな保育園です。

だからこそ、「流れ作業」ではなく、目の前の子ども一人ひとりに合わせて保育を組み立てられます。

この園の軸は、「絵本と保育」。

絵本を"活動の一部"ではなく、毎日の保育の中心に置き、子どもの気持ちや言葉に丁寧に寄り添う保育を大切にしています。

○ICT導入済み(業務負担を減らすための環境整備)

|||お仕事内容|||

0〜2歳児の保育業務全般をお任せします(1クラス)。

具体的には

保育(食事・排泄・午睡・着替え)

遊びの援助、環境づくり

絵本を取り入れた保育(読み聞かせ、言葉の関わり、絵本環境の整備)

保護者対応(登降園時のコミュニケーション)

記録・連絡(ICT導入済み)

行事・活動の準備(ほとんど園内行事)

スタッフの笑顔を大切にしています。

A. ありません。

A. 急なお休みもOKです。園として「困ったときはお互い様」を大切にしています。

A. 希望休は通りやすく、連休取得も可能です。

Q4. 行事の準備負担は大きいですか?

A. 行事はほとんど園内行事です。負担が重くなりすぎない形を目指しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制 土日祝日勤務あり

7:30~20:30の間で8時間(園児保護者のお迎え時間によって変動します。2023年度は18:30まで)

シフト制 土日祝日勤務あり

給与:

基本給 195,000円/月給~

保育士資格手当 20,000円/月

処遇改善手当 5,000円〜40,000円/月(資格、経験に応じて)
