今回募集するのは、

企画開発チームにて商品開発に関わる

事務アシスタントスタッフ。

商品企画そのものは担当者が行いますが、

新しいスイーツが好きで、

「商品に関わりたい」という気持ちがあれば

商品開発に携わるチャンスも

広がっていきます

アシスタントとしてチームを支えながら、

少しずつ商品づくりの現場を知っていける、

そんなポジションです

【 お任せするお仕事について 】

商品規格書の作成(Excel使用)

製造・セットアップ部門へ共有する

指示書の作成

商品情報の整理、データ入力

包材業者への発注、管理

企画開発チーム内のサポート業務全般

商品規格書の作成(メイン業務)

原材料や栄養成分、アレルゲン情報などを

整理して正確にまとめていきます。

指示書の作成

箱詰め方法やラベルの貼付位置などを、

写真や図を使いながら、

分かりやすくまとめていきます。

SNS関連の業務もあり

新商品や店舗情報などを発信するため、

SNSでの情報発信にも携われる可能性が

SNSに興味がある方は特に、

楽しみながら取り組める業務です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

※残業月10時間程度

月8~10日休み(シフト制)

業務状況次第ですが、土日休みも可能です。

シフト制のため、業務状況に合わせて休みを設定いただけます

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万8050円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万1950円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり7時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給23万円~(基本給+業務手当)

※業務手当には固定残業代1万1950円/7時間分を含む、超過分別途支給

※上記を最低金額とし、経験・スキルを考慮のうえ当社規定により決定します

※等級・階級により「基本給+業務手当」が変動します
