■ 仕事内容

具体的には

【お客様に最適なアイテムやコーディネートをご提案をしていただきます。】
★制服はフルコーディネートを用意
あなたもアンテプリマの広告塔として、コーディネートも楽しみながらその魅力を発信してください。制服はシーズンごとで用意しますので、追加購入する必要はありません。
★プライベートも充実

教育研修制度

◆販売スキルの習得
入社初年度に受講していただきます。
ロールプレイング、トレーニングを中心に販売力をつける研修となります。

年2回、全国のショップとオフィスの社員が集まり会社と社員同士が同じ方向を向き、
繋がる機会を設けています。

ロールプレイングを中心とした実技研修とOJTでスキルアップ。ブランドのコンセプトや商品知識を身につけることで、自信をもってお客様に合った商品をご提案できます。

■ この仕事に向いている人

■ この仕事に向いていない人

お客様の年齢層やお求めになる商品も毎回異なります。お客様合わせて丁寧に対応する必要があります。毎日同じ作業に取り組みたい方や、柔軟な対応が苦手な方ですと、難しいかもしれません。


■ 勤務時間

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均労働時間40時間以内)

※9:30~21:30の間でのシフト制
※実働7.5時間(休憩90分)

10:00~19:00
11:30~20:30
12:30~21:30

■ 給与

◆年俸制260万円~

※年齢・経験を考慮の上決定いたします。
※一人ひとりの頑張りを評価し、翌年の給与を決定します。
結果だけでなく、プロセスも含めてしっかり評価します。

販売とはお客様の反応をダイレクトに感じ取れる部門。だからこそ当社には、販売スタッフの意見やアイデアを積極的に取り入れる社風があります。
時にはデザイナーがショップに足を運び、「いいアイデアない?」と意見を求めることも。販売と製作陣の距離が近く、現場の視点がブランドの進化に活かされています。
