- オペレーションが円滑に進むよう包括的にマネージする。
- シフトやタスクスケジュールなどを作成し、オペレーションを円滑に運営させるだけでなく、他部署と連携し利益を最大化させるためにコスト管理を行う。
- チームのパフォーマンスを評価し、フィードバックを与え、必要に応じてトレーニングを行う。
- 部署のミッションと目標を常に理解・体現し、チームメンバーに対して促進する。
You would be responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest Service experience.
- Assist outlet manager in running the operations smoothly.
- Prepare rosters and job schedules for team member, handle operation smoothly, conduct meeting with the other department and cost control to make maximum profit.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback and conduct the training when necessary.
- At all times understand, practice and promote the teamwork approach to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.
