\立ち上げ1年の新部署追加メンバーを8名募集します/

*BtoB専門で落ち着いた対応環境

*平日のみ17:15退社で残業なし

*高時給1650円+交通費3万円支給

【仕事内容】

法人のお客様(企業の総務部・利用中の社員様)からの、スマートフォンや契約プランに関するお問い合わせに対応します。通信業界の知識も身につきます。

「料金プランを見直したい」

「オプションサービスを変更したい」

「携帯を紛失してしまった」

「故障してしまったので修理してほしい」

「料金明細の内訳を知りたい」

「契約名義を変更したい」など

<対応の流れ>

(4)最適なプランのご提案やおすすめサービスのご案内

*対応件数:1時間に4件程度

<立ち上げ1年の新部署>

お客様は企業の総務・IT担当者様が中心。一般的な個人のお客様対応とは異なり、感情的なクレームはほぼありません。ビジネスの最前線で、落ち着いて丁寧なコミュニケーションが取れる環境です。BtoB専門ならではの、ワンランク上の対応スキルが身につきます

<未経験でも安心の充実研修>

入社後2ヶ月間は、専任のトレーナーによる座学研修からスタート。商品知識やビジネスマナーを基礎からじっくり学べます。その後もOJTで先輩が丁寧にフォローデビュー後もスーパーバイザーがすぐ近くでサポートするので、困ったときはいつでも相談できます。あなたの成長をチーム全体でバックアップします*

<ワーク・ライフ・バランスばっちり>

平日の8:45~17:15勤務で、残業はほぼゼロ(月平均1時間程度)。土日祝は完全にお休みなので、プライベート重視派にもぴったり。仕事終わりのお食事やショッピング、ご家族との予定も立てやすい環境です

<高時給+充実の待遇面>

高時給1650円で月収24万7500円も可能(時給1650円×7.5時間×20日)。さらに交通費も月3万円まで支給します。社会保険完備、有給休暇、産休・育休制度、正社員登用制度もあり、長く安心して働ける環境が整っています。時間外手当は1分単位で支給するので、働いた分はしっかり還元されます

服装は自由。Tシャツ、スニーカーはもちろん、髪型・髪色自由、ネイル、ピアスもOK。堅苦しいルールはなく、リラックスして働ける風通しの良いオフィスですフロアは広々として清潔感があり、座席の間隔も広く快適。ロッカーや休憩室、自動販売機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫も完備しています

【研修】

*入社初日:2/2 会社概要説明・セキュリティ研修など(1日間)

*座学研修:2/3~2/28(26日間)

*OJT研修:3/1~3/31(31日間)

※研修中(2ヶ月間)は8:45~17:15、平日のみ(土日祝休み)

※入社~3ヶ月は研修時給1600円
