仕事内容

***業界未経験者が9割、入社後はしっかり専門知識をつけていただける環境です***

建築向け塗料や防水材、その他関連資材を扱う専門商社です。

既存のお客様を中心に、ニーズに合わせた提案営業を行っていただきます。

1.顧客フォロー

商品や商品の使用方法などについての問い合わせ対応、

見積もり交渉、注文対応を行います。

2.商材使用現場への視察

お客様が実際に商材を使用する施工現場に出向き、

お客様からの相談、現状把握、

また商材による不具合の原因調査やその後のフォローを行います。

3.お客様のための「定期勉強会」や「親睦会」の企画運営

当社独自の取り組みである「荻野化成友の会」には、現在約180社のお客様が、会員として所属しています。

現在、3名の営業、3名の営業事務、2名の配送が所属しています。

業界未経験者が多数ですが、商品知識を着実に身に着けていきます。

お客様と近い距離で仕事ができるため、「会社対会社」ではなく、

「個人対個人」の関係を築くことができることが弊社営業の魅力です。

創業以来赤字ゼロ。20期連続増収を記録しています。

給与


月給215,900円~280,000円(月18時間分(30,000円)の固定残業代を含む)

※別途、扶養子女手当(子ども1人につき10,000円)、住宅手当(10,000~15,000円)

※給与は、年齢や経験により応相談

勤務時間 8:30~17:30(月残業20時間程度)

※繁忙期などの残業時間は、多少前後いたします。

資格・経験


普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

*経験不問

活躍社員の9割以上が未経験からの入社で、

研修を通じて着実に知識を身に着けていきます。

*2年以上の営業経験者大歓迎

土日祝 ※但し偶数月の第一土曜日は出勤日。

営業所は男性6名、女性2名が所属、20代~40代が中心の職場です。

7営業所全体の7割が男性で、業界未経験者の方が9割以上です。

先輩指導の下、着実にスキルを身につけて行くことができます。

営業所間のやりとりも多く、社員同士の距離が近い会社です

社員旅行、BBQ、忘年会等の社内イベントもあり、

当社社員の他、取引先の方など仕事を通じて、沢山の方と関わる機会があります。
