仕事内容


障がい者・健常者が一緒に楽しめるスポーツ競技「ブラインドサッカー」の大会運営業務。

国内大会および国際大会の企画・運営に関する業務を担当していただきます。

大会を開催するにあたって必要な一連の業務を、幅広くお任せします。

【具体的には】

・大会要項の検討

・参加チームや開催自治体との調整

・協賛・協力企業への営業

・併催イベントの企画

・備品の手配

・集客施策

・各種制作物の準備など

また、利害関係のある各社との調整、各種ドキュメンテーション(資料作成等)も担当いただきます。

  • 未経験OK1~2年をかけてじっくりとお仕事を習得していただきます。

入職後3~4年でのマネージャー昇格など、早期のキャリアアップも目指せます。

  • 「見えないサッカー」と呼ばれるブラインドサッカー。

ゴールキーパー以外は全員アイマスクを装着するのが特徴のスポーツ競技です。

わたしたちは、そんなブラインドサッカーを国内で統括している中央競技団体です。

  • ビジョンは「障がい者と健常者が混ざり合う社会を実現すること」

このビジョンのもとに、運営においても様々な取り組みをしています。

単に割引をするといった方向性ではなく、ラジオ実況の導入やバリアフリー化など、多様な方が楽しめる観戦環境づくりを行っています。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

10:00~19:00(実働8h)

土日を含む週5日勤務

※短時間勤務も相談可。

※残業は月平均で10~20時間程度です。

※試用期間終了後は、業務内容によってはフレックス勤務可能です。

契約更新期間:1年ごとの更新制

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万8000円 〜 24万4740円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 4万6260円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり0時間0分 〜 30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2000円

※能力・経験・勤務時間数に応じ決定。

なお、給与等級によっては固定残業代が適用となります。

※所定時間超過分の時間外手当は別途支給いたします。

※交通費別途支給あり

※その他各種手当あり(深夜手当、大会手当)

※賞与年2回(6・12月)
