Network Infrastructure Lead

Network (Firewalls, Proxies, NAC, DNS, WAN/LAN)
Role Summary:
Designs and supports enterprise network infrastructure and security solutions to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Primary:
Network Architecture (Firewalls, Proxies, NAC, DNS, WAN/LAN)
Secondary:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Protocol Expertise
Tertiary:
Router/Switch/Firewall Configuration (Cisco)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement network architecture (firewalls, proxies, NAC, DNS, WAN/LAN).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and maintain network security appliances.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for network upgrades.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls.
Cisco/Network certifications (CCNA/CCNP) preferred.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.
Typical Experience:
15+ years in network engineering or administration
Language Requirements:
Bilingual – fluent in English and Japanese
