【英語の読み書きができる方大歓迎】

日本で就職を目指す外国人留学生に対して、就職活動のサポートをするお仕事です。 外国人留学生集客チームの一員として、様々な国から来た外国人留学生をターゲットに以下のお仕事をお手伝いしていただきます

・スカウトアプリケーションで求職者を探す

・SNSでユーザとのやりとり、質問対応など(英語・日本語)

・ユーザの情報入力、管理 (日本語)

・外国人留学生との電話によるコミュニケーション など

・外国人留学生向け就活イベントの企画・運営

・イベントを開催するための資料・パワーポイント作成

【 必須条件 】

・英語の読み書きができる方(目安としてTOEIC 850点以上の方)

・PC操作ができる方

・エクセル・Google Documentを抵抗なく使える方

※Zoom、Slack、Notionなどのツールを用いて業務を行います。ツールの利用有無は問いませんが、前向きに習得いただける方が望ましいです。

・基本的にはフルリモートとなりますが、必要時にはオフィスに出社可能な方

・毎週決まった曜日に出社できる人

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制を採用

・平日 毎日2-4時間以上(週10〜15時間) リモートでコンスタントに稼働していただける方(時間や曜日は問いません)

※基本的にはフルリモートとなりますが、業務を円滑にするために、必要時にはオフィスへ出社いただける方が望ましいです。

※長時間勤務できる方welcomeです。その場合他の業務も含めてお願いさせていただきたいです。(内容は面接にて相談)

休暇・休日:

・フルフレックスのため、事前に伝えてもらえれば休日を取得できます。
