ワーナーブラザーススタジオツアー東京 ‐メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッターの紹介
今回、同グループに新たに加わるのは、ハリー・ポッターと魔法の世界の魅力的な舞台裏に足を踏み入れることができる屋内型アトラクション「ワーナー・ブラザース スタジオツアー東京~メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター~」(WBSTT)です。スタジオツアー東京では、「ハリー・ポッター」や「ファンタスティック・ビースト」がどのように作られたのか、理解を深めることができる特別なエキスペリエンスを提供します。映画の象徴的なセット、衣装や小道具をはじめ、魔法のような体験など、映画のシーンを直接楽しみながら、世界中で愛されている本シリーズがどのようにしてスクリーンに命を吹き込まれたかを知ることができる屋内型アトラクションです。(乗り物はありません)
テーマパークとは異なり、スタジオツアーでは、映画のセットに入り込み、エキサイティングなエンターテインメントを楽しむことができます。このようなツアーは世界で2つ目であり、大成功を収めたワーナー・ブラザース スタジオツアー・ロンドン(WBSTL)をベースとしたものとなります。
「ワーナー・ブラザース スタジオツアー 東京 -メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター」は、2023年6月にとしまえんの跡地にオープンしました。
所属部署、チームの紹介
リテールチームは 、ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京のリテール店舗、倉庫などの収益サポート活動を管理し、すべての収益業務にわたって常に最適なレベルのサービスを提供します。
優先される業務の目的
• マネージャーの指揮のもとワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京、ハリー・ポッター ショップ 原宿、ハリー・ポッター ショップ 赤坂の倉庫および在庫が適正に管理されることに寄与し、ショップとeコマースについて最適なサービスを提供できるようにする。
• 定められたタスクが滞りなく進捗するよう計画性を持った行動をとる。
主な業務内容
• 入庫商品の荷受け・検品・仕分け・棚入れ作業
• 出庫商品の携帯端末を用いたピッキング・梱包・出荷準備
• 在庫管理(棚卸、数量確認、欠陥品/破損品発見時の報告等含む)
• フォークリフトを使用した荷役作業(資格保持者のみ)
• 商品のラベル貼付・バーコード管理
• 作業エリアの安全管理・整理整頓
• チーム内での作業進捗報告・協力対応
• 業務効率化にむけたカイゼン提案

• 自身および他の作業者の安全で健全な作業環境の保持と促進に最大限注意する。
• ゲストのニーズを満たす為の最適なレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする。
• 部門内及びビジネスの状況に常に関心を持ち、変化に柔軟に対応できるようにする。
• マニュアルを遵守した作業、またその応用。

選考基準
関連する又は前職の経験
• 小売業における倉庫管理、在庫管理経験者。
• フォークリフト資格保持および操縦経験者(入社後資格取得可)。
• 施設等の立ち上げ業務に携わった経験があれば尚可。
• 学歴不問。
必要なスキル
• 献身性と論理的思考。
• 日常業務においての問題解決能力。
• チームの成長に寄与し、共に目標を達成する能力。
• チームワークへの高い理解。
• 倉庫オペレーションを高めるための適切で効果的なコミュニケーション能力。
• 適切な優先順位付けと改善の能力。
• IT 機器に関する基本的な知識。
勤務形態
• 業務の特性上、ビジネスに理解があり柔軟な働き方が必要
• 変形労働制(週37.5時間が目安)
• 早朝、夜間業務あり(8:00-22:00の間でシフト勤務。年に1-2回のみ夜勤あり)
• 土日祝、繁忙期(年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆)勤務あり
