At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Kumagaya based in Japan belongs to POWER Division. The site has 600 employees. We are looking for a VIE Management Controller for 12 months (renewable for 12 months).
*Your challenges?*

• You will assist the finance team in controlling production overheads and all general expenses and internal costs for Valeo Power Japan's four plants.
• You will participate in the monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting processes, reviewing all expenses and helping to identify opportunities for savings.
• You will participate in the internal control campaign.

*Let's talk about you…*

• You are graduated from a Master degree or Master of Science with a specialization in corporate finance or similar.
• You already have experience in finance, in an industrial environment (ideally, it's a plus at Valeo).
• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Japanese
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
• You have good knowledge of Excel and Google sheet
