仕事内容:

千種区にある大学で、主に大学構内で軽自動車(AT)を運転して、書類・郵便の集配や仕分け、配達をお願いします。

また、軽自動車のガソリン給油や清掃、事務用品の管理などもお任せします。

自動車の運転や重い荷物の運搬など、動きのある業務が好きな方も大歓迎です

・書類・郵便の集配・仕分け・配達(最重量の物で約20kg:6箱程度)

・軽自動車(AT)のガソリン給油、簡易な清掃、点検整備時のディーラーへの持ち込み

・事務用品・消耗品の管理・購入、発注書の作成

・学内通知の送付

・電話・メール・来客応対

・その他庶務、人事に関するデータ入力、書類作成・整理
