給与計算関連業務サービスを、当社People Advisory Service部のグローバル・モビリティ・タックスチームに対して継続的に提供します。当社は、全ての法務及び法令要件の遵守を確認するために、定期的なHR及び給与計算・社会保険のレビューを提供します。

勤務地 / Location
東京

業務内容 / Responsibilities**エクスパットの給与計算。特に、日本国内でのベネフィット等のグロスアップ計算やエクスパットの居住形態の決定、ペイロールのレビューなど。
EYの別のペイロールチームや社会保険チームとの業務連携。
給与計算・ペイロールに関して、ジュニアスタッフや国外にいるモビリティチームへのトレーニングや教育。

応募資格 / Requirements and Qualifications

【マネージャー/Manager】

MUST
- 会計事務所、社労士事務所もしくは一般事業会社人事部での7年以上の給与計算・社会保険業務の経験
- チームのリード経験(少なくとも2名以上のスタッフ)
- 最低5年以上の変化の速い業界での経験(同業他社またはIT企業での経験など)
- 人事システム(Peoplesoft、SAP、Workday等)の知識と経験
- シェアードサービス環境や人事サイクルの知識と経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験

- 日本語・英語:ビジネスレベル(電話会議対応レベル)

- 社内・社外とのコミュニケーションスル
- グロスアップ計算に精通している事、および手動でその計算をおこなう事が出来る事

WANT
- 社会保険労務士資格があれば尚可
- システム導入経験や公式ユーザー認定があれば尚可
- 会計業務の基礎知識があれば尚可
- 会社による借り上げ社宅やエクスパットの子供の学費アレンジ等を含む、エクスパットに対する典型的なベネフィットに関する知識

Expatriate Payroll Manager

Services
To provide ongoing support to the firm's global mobility tax team in respect of payroll matters.

Our firm provides periodic reviews of HR, payroll calculation and social insurance to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Location
Tokyo

Responsibilities
Expatriate Payroll calculation typically to report limited Japan source benefits on a gross up basis. Determination of residency status. Payroll health-check reviews.
Liaison with the main EY Payroll team and EY social security firm.
Training and development of junior and offshore mobility team members on payroll matters

Requirements and Qualifications

MUST

• Minimum of seven years of experience providing payroll calculation and social insurance services at an accounting firm or social insurance labor consulting firm, or in the HR department of an ordinary business enterprise
• Experience leading teams (with a minimum of two staff)
• Minimum of five years of experience in a fastpaced industry (e.g., experience working in a tax firm or IT company)
• Knowledge and experience with HR systems (Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience concerning shared service environments and HR cycles
• Project management experience
• Japanese and English: Business level (capable of participating in telephone conferences)
• Internal and external communication skills
• Familiarity with grossup tax calculations and ability to manually calculate such tax

WANT

• Certification as a social insurance labor consultant preferred
• System implementation experience or official certified user certification status preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting services preferred
• Knowledge of typical expatriate tax benefits including corporate housing and corporate scholarship arrangements.
