【業務内容】
デイサービスにて、ご利用者さまがその日を"気持ちよく快適に"過ごせるよう、身体のコンディションを整えるリハビリを担当します。
歩行やバランス訓練などの機能訓練に加えて、
・朝のこわばりをほぐす軽運動
・午後の疲れを抑える姿勢調整
・長時間座っていてもラクに過ごせる体づくり
など、"日中の快適さ" に直結するメニューを実施。
体操・レク活動にもリハ視点を取り入れ、自然と身体が動きやすくなる環境づくりを行います。
介護スタッフとの連携を通じて、利用者それぞれが快適に過ごせる1日をサポートする仕事です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:30 出勤・申し送り(体調・快適面での課題共有)
9:00 利用者受け入れ・コンディショニング体操
9:30 午前リハ(個別訓練・姿勢・歩行練習)
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(体操・可動域訓練・軽運動)
15:00 フロア見守り・快適姿勢の声かけ
16:00 記録・翌日の計画調整
17:30 退勤
