AI・データ活用に関するシステム開発(セキュアなデータ収集・管理、AIモデル管理・AI解析、他のAIOps関連システム)を担当していただきます。 製造(工場)、物流(倉庫)、小売、といったインダストリーのデータを活用して業務を効率化するためのシステムです。 顧客企業の業務を理解して、業務変更が少なくかつ保守・運用費がビジネス上許容される範囲でおさめる設計・開発が重要です。 その中から当社のプロダクトとして開発する方針となるものもあるため個別最適と全体最適の中間あたりを実現できるアーキテクチャも含めた設計・開発をお任せいたします。

・ 顧客企業の課題解決につなげるための既存モデルやアルゴリズムのチューニング
・ AI・データ活用に関するシステムのモデルやアルゴリズム作成、チューニング、選定や実装
・モデルやアルゴリズムの軽量化、運用費軽減のための設計見直し

• English You will be responsible for system development related to AI and data utilization, including secure data collection and management, AI model management and analysis, and other AIOps-related systems. These systems aim to streamline operations by utilizing data from industries such as manufacturing (factories), logistics (warehouses), and retail. Understanding the business of client companies and designing and developing systems that minimize changes to operations while keeping maintenance and operating costs within acceptable business limits is crucial. Some systems will be developed as our products, so you will be responsible for designing and developing architectures that achieve both individual optimization and overall optimization.

  Responsibilities

  • Investigating, implementing, and verifying existing algorithms that contribute to solving client company challenges
  • Tuning existing models and algorithms to address client company challenges
  • Creating, tuning, selecting, and implementing models and algorithms related to AI and data utilization systems
  • Reviewing designs to reduce the weight of models and algorithms and minimize operating costs

Minimum Requirements

・Python等によるバックエンドのプログラミング経験(業務での使用経験6ヶ月以上)
・数学や統計学などに興味や理解がある方
・実務に合わせてアルゴリズムを調査・選択・実装経験
・日本語ネイティブorビジネス上級

  • Experience in backend programming with Python or similar languages (at least 6 months of professional experience)
  • Interest or understanding in mathematics, statistics, etc.
  • Experience investigating, selecting, and implementing algorithms to suit practical needs
  • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese

Preferred Requirements

・AI、MLを用いたバックエンドの要件定義や外部設計の経験 ・
Pythonを用いた統計解析や機械学習の経験
・NumPy、SciPy、pandas、scikit-learn、TensorFlow、Keras、PyTorch等のライブラリの利用経験
・回帰・分類・クラスタリング手法のいずれかを使用したデータ分析
・仮説検定・回帰分析・ベイズ統計などを使用したデータ分析
・データ分析ソフトウェア/統計解析ソフトウェアの使用
・データクリーニング・視覚化・分析/モデル作成など一連の業務
・ビッグデータ&分散処理(Hadoop関連技術やSparkなど)の利用

  • Experience defining requirements and external designs for backend systems using AI and ML
  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning using Python
  • Experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch

  • Data analysis using hypothesis testing, regression analysis, Bayesian statistics, etc.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Tokyo, Shibuya City, Sendagaya

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 JPY

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
