【コンサルティングサポート 募集】

コンサルタント2~3名のフォロー対応をしていだきます。

WEBでのコンサルティングミーティング同席(記録管理)や分析サポート業務、窓口対応業務などサポート全般の対応です。

1)政策実行支援コンサルティング

2)厚生労働省、自治体の医療・介護政策推進支援、調査分析等

3)戦略コンサルティング、

4)医療・介護施設・医療関連企業の戦略策定、医療・介護施設の経営改善、再生・M&A等

5)人事コンサルティング

6)人事制度構築、組織・チーム活性化、教育研修等

8)業務改善コンサルティング

9)医療機関の業務改善支援等

10)各種システム開発 など

  • コンサルタントのサポート業務

・資料作成

・議事録作成

・分析業務

・顧客との電話/メール対応

【給与】

  • 月給/21~32万円(年収/340~500万円程度)

・時間外見合手当(10時間相当)

・通勤手当:全額支給

・08:30~17:30(休憩60分)

【資格・経験】

  • 必須

・就業経験通算5年以上

・コンサルタントや士業のサポート経験者

・バックオフィス管理経験者

・PCの基本スキル(ワード・エクセル・パワーポイント)

・大学卒業以上

・年間休日:120日以上

・完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日
