Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 医療法人藤枝会が運営する介護老人保健施設「第2四季の里」です。利用者様の日常生活を総合的にサポートする施設です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 身体介護(食事・排泄・入浴・衛生管理・環境整備)、レクリエーション支援、外出付き添い、介護記録の作成・報告などを行います。

A. はい、指導体制が整っているので安心してスタートできます。資格取得支援制度もあり、働きながらスキルアップが可能です。
