The Bell Desk is one of the very first touch points of the guest experience — where arrivals feel seamless, departures feel cared for, and every interaction reflects the spirit of 1 Hotels.
We are currently seeking a warm, service-minded Guest Service Attendant (Bell Desk) to join our pre-opening team at 1 Hotel Tokyo.
In this role, you will support guests from the moment they arrive, assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and providing thoughtful guidance throughout their stay.
You will be a welcoming presence at the entrance of the hotel, ensuring each guest feels genuinely looked after with Good-Natured hospitality.
This is an active, guest-facing position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the physical ability to assist with luggage and carry bags as needed.

A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
Experience in a guest-facing hotel role (Bell Desk or Front Office preferred)
Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (desired)
A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability within a 24-hour operation
A calm, welcoming presence in a fast-paced environment
The ability to lift and carry guest luggage as part of daily responsibilities
