仕事内容:

建設工事現場の現場事務所にて事務のお仕事をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・事務所整理整頓、電話対応、来客対応、備品調達、郵便・宅急便配送

・Excel、Wordでの文書作成等の支援

・ファイリング、支店とのメール連絡やり取り

・社内システムによる業者外注契約等支払い業務、小口現金出納(現金管理、社内運用システムによる入力業務)

・協力業者への交付書類藤管理(安全関係書類他)

・2年以上の長期プロジェクトになります。

求める人材:

【必須条件・スキル】

・事務業務の経験がある方(オフィスマナー、OA操作について基礎レベル)

・Excel、Word、Outlookの基本操作が可能な方

※一般事務の経験があれば現場事務の経験は不要です。

現場事務に興味のある方、挑戦してみたい方のご応募お待ちしております

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~17:00(実働7時間/休憩1時間)

※残業はございません。

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制

◇ 年間休日120日以上

◇ 夏季休暇(1週間程)

◇ 年末年始休暇(12月28日~1月4日)

◇その他会社指定日

◇年次有給休暇(勤務6ヶ月後に10日付与)

・原則屋内禁煙(別途喫煙ルームあり)

最寄り駅:JR鹿児島本線春日駅より徒歩5分

その他通勤手段:マイカー通勤可(原則、バイクや自転車は不可)
