・お出かけの支援などの生活サポートを1日複数回訪問
・オペレーターから指示を受けて利用者宅に随時訪問対応
・常に利用者様のニーズを探り臨機応変に対応

シフト制
①早番7:00~16:00
②日勤9:00~18:00
③遅番13:00~22:00
④夜勤22:00~7:00
