仕事内容 / Key Responsibilities:

• • 料理の調理・提供
• • 作業スペースと衛生管理
• • 地元の衛生基準に基づく清掃
• • 洗い物やその他のキッチン業務のサポート
• • 上級シェフの調理補助
• • 料理の品質とプレゼンテーションの維持
• • Prepare visually appealing and delicious meals
• • Manage workstation supplies and waste
• • Maintain cleanliness per local hygiene laws
• • Assist with dishwashing and kitchen tasks
• • Support senior chefs in meal preparation
• • Ensure food quality and presentation standards

応募資格 / Qualifications:

• • 23kg以上の物を持ち上げる体力
• • 日本語の読み書き能力と基礎的な数学力
• • 週末・祝日の勤務が可能
• • 食品取扱いやアルコールに関する法律の遵守
• • 調理場での経験者歓迎(未経験可)
• • Ability to lift 23kg and perform physical tasks
• • Proficiency in Japanese reading, writing, and basic math
• • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• • Compliance with local food handling and alcohol laws
• • Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory
