◆仕事内容

空き地や空き家の調査業務を担当していただきます。

空き家問題や地域の活性化に貢献できるやりがいのある仕事です

具体的には、空き家や空き地の状態調査・現地確認・リスト化を行い、その情報をもとにオーナー様との交渉や提案をしていきます。

地域に密着した業務のため、地元貢献を感じながら働けるのが特徴です。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 空き家・空き地の現地調査
  • 土地や建物の状態チェック、写真撮影
  • 収集したデータのリスト化・整理
  • オーナー様との連絡・交渉
  • 必要に応じたリフォームや解体提案
  • 調査結果をもとに、営業チームと連携し提案業務

空き家・空き地問題の解決に向けた調査活動が、地域の発展に貢献する重要な役割です。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)

  • 残業はほとんどなし(月平均5時間程度)
  • 効率的な業務環境で、仕事とプライベートのバランスを保てます。

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日制(水曜+他1日)
  • 年間休日115日
  • 夏季休暇(4日)、年末年始(6日)
  • 有給休暇あり(入社半年後に10日付与)

勤務地:

岐阜県各務原市緑苑南2丁目173番地(本社)

※主に各務原市、美濃加茂市、可児市、尾張地区が担当エリア

※転勤の可能性あり(基本的には本社勤務)

給与:

月給:25万円~(経験・スキルを考慮して決定)
