[具体的な仕事内容]

(1)パワーGaNトランジスタ用エピタキシャルウェハの結晶成長技術開発

・MOCVD法を用いたGaN系薄膜成長技術の開発

・安定生産を実現する量産化技術の開発

(2)パワーGaNトランジスタのウエハプロセス開発

・化合物半導体(GaN系)のプロセス要素技術開発(成膜、エッチング、不純物拡散、電極形成など)

・パワーGaNトランジスタの製造プロセス開発(電極構造の形成、共振器構造の形成など)

・パワーGaNトランジスタのデバイス特性評価

【必須要件】

[経験]

半導体のデバイス・プロセス開発業務経験 (3年目安)

[知識]

材料物性、半導体プロセス技術の知識

[語学]

TOEIC400点以上

[その他]

・GaNトランジスタに興味がある

・Si基板上のGaNエピタキシャル結晶成長、GaNトランジスタのプロセス開発に興味がある

[経験]

半導体プロセス設備、エピタキシャル成長装置を扱った経験

[知識]

・化合物半導体材料、物性の知識

・化合物半導体の経験はないが、半導体プロセス開発、インテグレーション開発の経験がある

・プロセスエンジニアとしての経験がある

・トランジスタの物性の知識、評価の経験がある

・電源系の回路、製品の構成や使用されるトランジスタについての知識がある

※神奈川のみ9時~17時30分

※フレックスタイム制度有り(標準労働時間/1日7時間45分)

※在宅勤務制度あり
