We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have four years of relevant work experience, secondary education or equivalent, and excellent teamwork skills.
The Operations Support Agent is responsible for processing export and import data for air cargo, tracing shipments, issuing handling instructions, coordinating with pilots and drivers, and communicating with international offices.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
