Job Summary
Architect, design, and develop PC utility applications with scope not limited to a specific edition (e.g., Lenovo Smart Share); deliver features that can scale across Lenovo PC portfolio.
- Define and deliver AI powered application features and interaction flows in collaboration with UX designers (engineer owned implementation, UX co creation).
- Brainstorm, propose, and drive PoCs of technical solutions to bring new AI enabled UX to products.
- Maintain and evolve existing software components, ensuring reliability and long term ownership.

- External ODM and ISV/IHV partners in China/Taiwan and the United States
Mandatory Requirements
- Client software development experience for Windows platform (applications, services, or frameworks).
- 2+ years of end to end AI/ML application development with a proven track record of production ready solutions (Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal).
- Proficiency in at least one: C/C++, C#, or Python; 3+ years building performant, maintainable software in team environments.
- Business level English communication skills
- Casual level Japanese communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Applied AI/ML expertise: deep understanding of model development, optimization, and deployment
- Experience with LLM/RAG systems and rapid prototyping
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (not only usage).
- Background across multiple platforms (e.g., Windows DD/UWP, Android/iOS)
- Multilingual communication skills; Chinese is a plus
- Experience in security and legal review in enterprise development process
