地元大手企業で、AI・Pythonを活用した社内システム改善サポートのお仕事です。

現場で使われている業務システムやAI機能を、より便利・効率的にするためのサポート業務を担当していただきます。

AIやデータ活用が進む現場において、「使う側」ではなく"仕組みを支える側"として関われるポジションです。

Pythonを使用しながら、業務効率化やAI機能の改善に携わっていただきます。

チーム体制で進めるため、分からないことは相談しながら対応できる環境。

一人で抱え込むことはなく、落ち着いて業務に取り組めます。

【Python(パイソン)とは】

初心者でも読み書きしやすいシンプルな文法が特徴のプログラミング言語です。少ないコード量で実用的なプログラムが書けるため、AI(人工知能)開発、データ分析、Webアプリ開発、業務自動化などで広く利用されています。「基礎試験」は難易度が比較的低く40時間ほどの学習で合格可能とされています。

【主な仕事内容】

  • Pythonを使用した業務効率化ツール・AI関連機能の作成および修正
  • 既存システム・AI機能の動作チェック、不具合の原因確認
  • 現場担当者からの要望をもとにした簡易テストの実施
  • テスト結果や改善案の整理・チーム内共有
  • AI・システム機能の運用サポート、エラー発生時の一次対応

「ゼロから開発」よりも、改善・修正・テスト中心の業務内容です。

実務年数は問わず、Pythonの使用経験があれば即戦力として活躍できます。

求める人材:

Pythonを使用した業務経験がある方(実務年数は問いません)を歓迎します。

業務ではAI機能や業務支援システムの改善・検証を行うため、コードを書くこと自体よりも「仕組みを理解し、試し、より良くする視点」を大切にできる方に向いています。

システムの不具合確認や簡易テスト、現場からの要望をもとにした改善対応など、チームと相談しながら進める業務が中心です。

一人で判断を抱え込む環境ではないため、分からないことを素直に共有できる方、試行錯誤を前向きに楽しめる方を歓迎します。
