<お仕事について>

今回は、製品の測定検査を

行なっていただける方の募集です。

お任せするのは、ノギスから三次元

測定機まで、さまざまな測定機器を用いた

試作品・初品の測定検査です。

図面と製品を照合して、寸法に誤差が

ないかを測定するのが主な仕事。また、

製品の分析・解析も行なっていただきます。

測定検査は、メーカーが量産に入る前に

欠かせない工程です。

しかも、測定する製品はプラスチック部品、

金属部品、金型部品など、ジャンルも素材も

さまざま。毎日毎日、同じモノを見続ける…

なんていうことはありません。

自動車部品を中心にさまざまな製品・図面を

扱っています。

<仕事の流れ>

【1】 工程を考える。

部品図を見て、どこの部分の寸法を、

どんな測定機器を用いて測るのかを

考えます。お客様の要望を正しく

くみ取って進めていきましょう。

また、生産技術部と一緒に測定に必要な

治具の設計を考えることもあります。

【2】 納期を管理する。

進捗掲示板に、測定のスケジュールを

書き込みます。優先順位を考えて

スケジューリングし、効率よく測定作業を

進めていきましょう。

【3】 測定検査を行なう。

それぞれの製品に応じた測定機器を用いて

検査をします。図面に不明な点があれば、

関係部署の担当者へ確認し、検査後は、

検査成績書(測定データ、写真、形状図形

などをまとめた報告書)を作成します。

※検査はメンバーみんなで協力して進めています。

人数 =15名(うち3名はパート)

男女比率=8:7

年齢 =平均37歳(幅:25~50歳)

勤続年数=平均15.3年(幅:8~29年)

離職率 =8.3%(直近3年間)

退職者は滅多に出ません。

勤務時間・曜日:

【2交替制勤務】

昼勤:8:00~17:10

夜勤:20:30~5:40

  • 土日休みの週5日勤務
  • 実働8時間、休憩70分
