-Provide services and support to more senior Finance colleagues, typically learning through on the job experience, and undertaking allocated routine activity-specific duties under close supervision and in line with well-established procedures. To perform clerical and operative tasks administering basic procedures or operating simple machinery in order to support diverse financial / accounting activities.

Job Description

Major accountabilities: 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and variance analysis.

• Support data collection and validation financial systems.

• Help automate and streamline cost reporting templates

• Participate in budget tracking and forecasting activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights on cost drivers.

• Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.

 Key performance indicators:

• Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided. Reliability and accuracy of all figures delivered
