Job Requirements
【仕事内容】 自動車向け電子接続部品(コネクタ、ケーブル)に関する、新製品開発プロジェクトの品質技術業務。
・ APQP(先行製品品質計画)に準拠した、品質保証/品質管理計画の立案および運用。
・ 仕様検討段階における、過去トラ、特殊特性、FMEA、デザインレビューなどによる品質改善。
・ 試作品の設計製造品質の確認及び出荷判断。
・ 仕様決定からリリースに至るまでの管理項目、初物評価(FASR、FAA、工程能力)と初期流動計画の立案と管理。
・ 新製品の顧客向け品質書類の作成、工程監査の対応業務。

【応募資格】
・ 学歴:大学卒以上
・ 専攻:理工学部(電気/電子/機械など)
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 中級程度以上(目安TOEIC500点、または相応の実力)
※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
【業務経験】 ・ 電子部品業界で技術部門または品質部門のエンジニアとして3年以上の実務経験
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方
・ 特に自動車のEV(Electric Vehicle)やHEMS(Hybrid and Electric Mobility Solutions)関連業界での技術部門/品質部門での経験がある方は歓迎致します。
・ 新製品に対する品質保証計画の立案と立ち上げの実務経験がある方(APQP / IATF16949等)
・ QC検定資格を持っている方
