【仕事内容】
学校法人向け自社開発ERPパッケージシステムの開発・導入におけるインフラエンジニアとして、システム構築・運用プロジェクトに参画いただきます。同社ユーザーの組織変更や、業務プロセスの変化、サーバー等ハードウェアの耐用期間の満了などに対応するため、ハードウェアの入れ替えや、ソフトウェアの更新が必要となります。
【具体的には】
・自社開発パッケージ【ACOffice(アコフィス)】製品のインフラ環境の設計・構築・運用(オンプレミス、クラウドの両提供方式における環境構築)
・クラウド展開を含む、新商材の企画立案・構築・運用
・パートナー開発パッケージ製品のインフラ環境の設計・構築・運用
・ユーザーの組織変更や業務プロセスの変化に伴う、ハードウェアの入れ替えやソフトウェアの更新対応
※ほとんどの案件が、学校からの一次請けであり、それ以外も国や、公共団体からの元請けでの業務です。自身がフロントに立って、業務に取り組むことができます。

ACOffice は、学校法人向けに財務・総務・人事・教学などの業務を一元管理し、教職員が教育活動に専念できるよう"学校現場に特化して設計された"自社開発のERPパッケージシステムです。

【募集背景】
学校法人向け自社開発ERPパッケージシステム「ACOffice」の導入案件が増加しており、これに伴い人員・組織の拡充を図るための募集となります。
現在、同じ組織にQAメイン、インフラメインの担当が在籍していますが、今後別組織に分けることを検討しています。現在はQAメインのマネージャーがインフラ社員のマネジメントも兼務している状況です。そのため、今回はインフラ部門のマネージャーとして従事いただける方を募集することになりました。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均18時間
【給与】
670万円〜840万円
月給制 基本給367395円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月10時間分として102000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

役職手当 35000円
- 変動手当
ライフプラン手当は、確定拠出年金規定に基づきます。52,000円の範囲内で、確定拠出年金掛金として選択することが可能です(基本給に含む形で記載いたします)。
- 通勤手当
支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給
- 賞与あり 年1回 業績に応じて、目標数値で月給の平均1.5ヶ月分支給(※10期連続で支給実績あり)、特別賞与(個人表彰)
- 昇給あり 年1回(10月)
