Design and implement control schemes for utilities (gas, chemical, water, HVAC, electrical). Develop P&IDs, control logic, PLC/SCADA interfaces, alarm systems, interlocks, and redundancy strategies. Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations related to instrumentation safety, high‑pressure systems, and hazardous materials. Support commissioning, loop checks, and start‑up. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience 8+ years in industrial I&C engineering in Japan. Experience with SCADA, PLCs, process instrumentation, automation networks. Japanese required; English beneficial.
