Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 This position is to provide scientific expertise in the areas of non-clinical pharmacology to Immuno-Oncology project teams, and generate non-clinical pharmacology data necessary to advance the project. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) 1. Appropriate planning/scheduling and execution of non-clinical pharmacological studies including animal works necessary to promote Immuno-Oncology projects, including identification/selection of development candidates, MOA confirmation and human dose estimation. 2. Lead the identification/selection of high quality candidates by working closely with relevant stakeholders (product generation, pharmacokinetics, safety, CMC, etc.) and other internal/external collaborators/stakeholders. 3. Contribute to the development of IND submission materials, supported by ARO (regulatory experts). 4. Prepare patent specifications for parts related to non-clinical pharmacological data for the patent filing of candidates. 5. Commute to Tsukuba Research Center 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ・PhD with 3+ years or MS with 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmacological studies ・Experience in serving as non-clinical pharmacological expert in Oncology or Immunology field ・Drug discovery experience: track record of identifying drug candidates and advancing projects ・Desire and ability to work in cross-functional, flexible and team-oriented environment Antibody drug discovery experience (Antibody drug conjugates, etc): track record of advancing projects from discovery into clinical trial as non-clinical pharmacological lead or member
