HPE Networkingでは、グローバル技術ソリューションアーキテクチャチームの一員として活躍いただける、 自発性があり、チームワークを重視しながら高い成果を生み出せるソリューションアーキテクトを募集しています。 本ポジションは、HPE Networking の Go-To-Market(GTM)チームの一員として、 プロダクトマネジメントやエンジニアリング部門と密接に連携しながら、 先進的かつ新しいネットワーク技術領域における技術的な価値提案をリードする役割を担います。 HPE Juniper Networking の製品・ソリューションに加え、 HPE Networking が描くネットワークインフラのビジョンを補完する オープンソースや他社製技術についても、深い専門知識と実践的な経験が求められます。 また、業界動向や標準技術にも精通し、IETF、NOG、GSMA、ORAN などの標準化活動や 技術コミュニティへの関与、講演などを行う機会もあります。

【主な業務内容】

• セールスと連携し、当社ルーティングインフラソリューションの技術的価値を顧客に訴求する
• 大規模案件における技術的な適合性を評価し、最適なアプローチをセールスに助言する
• お客様要件を満たすネットワークインフラのエンドツーエンドアーキテクチャ設計を主導する
• スペシャリスト、技術リソース、エンジニアリング、プロダクトマネジメントと連携し、複雑な案件における技術ソリューションやカスタマイズをリードする
• ハードウェア/ソフトウェア構成や、プロジェクト成功に向けたベストプラクティスに関する知見を提供する
• インテグレーターや主要パートナーと協業し、複雑な技術課題の解決を推進す
• デモや PoC を企画・実施し、ソリューションの価値を分かりやすく伝える
• 顧客のビジネス目標を技術要件に落とし込み、製品機能や新ソリューションの改善にフィードバックする
• プロダクトマネジメントと緊密に連携し、プロダクト、サービス、ソリューション全体に加え、必要なサードパーティ要素を含むソリューションを、CAPEX/SaaS/IaaS いずれの形態でも提供できるよう設計する
• 技術的な観点から価値を訴求し、顧客からの懸念や質問に対応する
• デリバリーチームへの円滑なナレッジトランスファーを行い、プロジェクト移行を支援する
• 業界ベストプラクティスに基づき、技術ソリューションの規模策定、設計、構成に関する技術的助言を行う
• JUNOS をはじめ、MPLS、SR-MPLS、SRv6、L2/L3 VPN、EVPN、VXLAN、BGP、CoS などの技術に加え、 SP WAN(アクセス/アグリゲーション/エッジ/コア)、Enterprise WAN、データセンター、仮想化技術に関する専門知識を有する
• JUNOS を中心とした MX、PTX、QFX、CX、SRX、EX、ACX、vMX、vSRX などの HPE Networking 製品や、 Routing Director、Mist、Apstra などの管理・自動化ソリューション、ならびに SDN/NFV に関する知識を活かし、 アカウントマネージャーと協力して最適なソリューションを提案する

【応募資格(必須)】

• ハイエンドネットワーク機器およびソリューションにおける豊富なプリセールス経験を有し、技術要件とビジネス要件を結びつけて説明できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語および英語での高度な読み書き・会話能力
• サービスプロバイダー向け WAN インフラ、IP ルーティング、イーサネットスイッチングにおける 15年以上の実務経験
• 大規模ネットワーク、データセンター IP Fabric、SDN の設計経験
• 技術系の学位、またはそれに相当する実務経験
• C レベルや技術意思決定者に対して、複雑な技術内容を分かりやすく説明し、信頼関係を構築できる能力
• 以下の領域における高度な知識および実践経験:
  • IP/MPLS コア/アクセス/メトロ/エッジネットワーク、および MPLS-TE(トラフィックエンジニアリング)の設計・運用
  • データセンター IP Fabric、EVPN/VXLAN、DCI ソリューションの設計
  • MP-BGP、EVPN、VXLAN、MPLS、SR/SRv6 などのオーバーレイ・トンネリング技術
  • ACX、MX、PTX、QFX シリーズなどの HPE Networking 製品または同等製品
  • Apstra、Paragon Automation/Routing Director などの自動化ツール
  • Netconf、REST API、YANG、テレメトリによる監視・管理
  • DPDK、SR-IOV、SmartNIC などを利用し x86 仮想化技術
• RFP/入札対応(コンプライアンス、BoM、価格、ソリューション文書)の経験

【あると望ましい経験、スキル】

• 技術営業におけるリーダーシップまたはメンタリング経験
• JNCIE または同等のエキスパート資格
• API、Postman、JSON、Python などのプログラミングに対する基礎的な理解
• 最大 50% の出張(短期間の海外出張含む)に対応可能な方
