ハウスメーカーや建設・不動産業界で3年以上の開発営業(土地活用の営業)経験がある方

・宅地建物取引士の資格をお持ちの方、または資格取得を目指されている方

【働き方の特徴】

基本の就業時間は9時~18時と定めていますが、勤務場所、勤務形態または職種等に応じて始業時間を15分単位で変更することが可能な時差出勤制度があります。また、テレワークにも対応しており、1日の中で出社と在宅を併用するなど、柔軟な働き方をすることが可能です。
