【募集ポジション】

認知症高齢者グループホーム(定員18名)の介護スタッフ

【具体的な仕事内容】

・日常生活における介助業務

・移動、着替え、入浴など身体介助

・認知症の方とのコミュニケーション

・家事や体操の実施サポート

・散歩や外食への同行

・個別ケアプランに基づいた生活支援

夜勤専従のパートも可能です。夜勤の場合は16:30~翌9:30の勤務で、週2回以上の勤務となります。夜勤勤務前に昼間の時間帯を最低10日経験していただきます。

認知症の方に寄り添うケアを重視しています。コミュニケーションを中心に、家事や体操、散歩や外食など、入居者の希望に合わせた柔軟な対応が可能です。ゆったりとした時間の中で、専門的なケアを学べます。

■夜勤専従も選択可能

夜勤専従のパートも選択できます。16:30~翌9:30の勤務(2日勤務扱い)で、1回23,608円~となります。週2回以上の夜勤が可能な方は、ご自身に合った働き方を選べます(昼間の時間帯を最低10日経験後)。

■無料駐車場とマイカー通勤可

マイカー通勤が可能で、無料駐車場を完備しています。通勤手当は実費支給で上限なし、通勤の負担を軽減できます。施設内提供の食事も無料なので、経済的な負担も少なく働けます。
