「給与計算代行・コンサルティング_マネジャー」のポジションの求人です

【主な職務内容】

ビジネスプロセスソリューションズ(BPS)とは、

日本への新規参入、または日本での事業拡大を目指す外資系企業に会計税務アウトソースサービスを提供している部門になります。

クライアントは内外大手企業が中心。

国内大手企業に幅広いサービスを提供する業務や、外資系企業に対して英語を活かす働き方等、ご自身のスキルアップが望める環境です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・ペイロール、社会保険手続き等HRに関連したコンサルティング業務

・大手企業を中心としたペイロールサポート(給与計算サポート)

・社会保険実務代行業務等

・新規案件獲得の為の営業活動

・クライアント管理

・部下マネジメント

・プロジェクトの進捗管理

※同時に複数のクライアントの案件を担当いただきます

高いテクニカルスキルを持つメンバーと切磋琢磨しながら成長できる環境です。

事例

・従業員800名規模の給与計算

・従業員1000名規模の社会保険・企業年金の実務代行

・日本進出企業に対する給与計算・社会保険・労働保険のセットアップ

・グローバル企業に対する給与計算に係る税務・社会保険手続きヘルスチェック

3名~5名のスタッフのマネジメントを担当していただきます。マネジメント担当スタッフ以外とも一緒に仕事をする機会があり、また他部門との協業してサービス提供するする機会もございます。

また、女性が活躍している職場で、中途入社者が多く、中途入社の方でも違和感なくチームに溶け込めるかと思います。

【キャリアステップ】

マネジャーとしてある程度の経験を積んでいただいたら、シニアマネジャーに昇進いただきます、シニアマネジャーは他部門メンバーと協業してより高度で複雑なクライアントを担当します。高い能力、経験を持った税務・社保プロフェッショナルとしてサービスの責任を負うことなります。また、主体的に営業活動に取り組んでいただきます。

【身に着くスキル】

グローバルなモビリティの税務・社会保険関連の知識

組織運営、サービス開発、人材育成等の経験を積むことができます。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・給与計算実務のご経験(アウトソーシングではなく自ら実務をおこなった経験)

・社会保険実務のご経験(アウトソーシングではなく自ら実務をおこなった経験)

・マネジメントの経験

【歓迎要件】

・社会保険労務士資格

・日商簿記2級以上

【給与】

年収 1038 ~ 1290 万円

月給:マネジャー:711,000円~、シニアマネジャー:872,000円

想定年収:マネジャー:10,380,600円~、シニアマネジャー:12,905,600円

※資格、経験、能力等を考慮の上、優遇いたします

※提示ランク等により金額が異なる場合がございます。残業手当 支給なし(管理監督者のため)
