・月給:217,000円~222,000円

・基本給:155,000円~155,000円

・資格手当:5,000円~10,000円

・処遇改善手当:24,500円~24,500円

・固定残業代:12,500円~12,500円

時間外労働の有無に関わらず8時間分を支給。

超過分は別途支給。

・夜勤手当:5,000円/回(月4~5回 / 月給には4回予定で算出)

・宿直手当:3,100円/日(月2回)

・皆勤手当:10,000円(年4回)

・特別手当:3,000円~8,000円(会社規定のカレンダーによる)

・通勤手当:上限あり 30,000円/月(実費支給)

・昇給:1月あたり 2,000円~10,000円(前年度実績)

・賞与:年2回 計100,000円~500,000円(前年度実績)

・試用期間:3~6ヶ月(同条件)
