A Global EC platform company is looking for an
iOS Engineer
in the department to develop Customer Royalty Program.

This team
ships new features to the native iOS app almost every month
. You'll partner closely with product managers, senior engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap, build exceptional user experiences, and ship on schedule for millions of users

Responsibilities:

  Swift & SwiftUI
• Own app
  architecture

  code quality

  performance
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver intuitive UI/UX
• Build reusable components and improve UX through
  feedback & analytics
• Ensure quality via
  unit tests
  ,
  code reviews
  , and
  CI/CD
  maintenance
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support app performance in production
• Plan and manage monthly releases, App Store submissions, and feature flags
• Continuously improve tools, dependencies, and documentation
• Mentor team members
  and lead technical direction & best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of
  native iOS development
  using
  Swift
• Strong skills in
  Swift
  and
  SwiftUI
  ;
  Objective-C
  experience is a plus
• Familiarity with modern architecture patterns (e.g.,
  MVP
  ,
  MVVM
  )
• Experience working in
  Agile teams
  (Scrum or Kanban)
• Proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Solid
  unit testing
  skills using
  XCTest
  or similar; focus on testable, clean code
• English:
  Business level (TOEIC 800+)
• Japanese:
  Not required, but a plus

Employment Type:

Haken Contract: 3 or 6 months rolling, long term

Salary:

3,700 ~ 4,400 JPY per hour (Approx. 555,000 ~ 660,000 JPY per month + OT)

Working Hours:

9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Working Style:

Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
