【 Job Description】

■Recruitment Background

The company has built one of Japan's largest databases of office real estate data, which it uses to develop and operate multiple products.

To ensure multiple product teams can collect, process, and store data with high quality and speed, and to allow other products to use this data safely, the company has built an internal data management platform.

While the data management platform was initially developed by a small team, the company now needs to expand the team due to increased collaboration with users of the platform for things like visualizing management indicators and user analysis.

The company is therefore seeking a Data Infrastructure Engineer to continuously develop and operate the data management platform, and to promote data utilization, such as building data for dashboards.

■Responsibilities

You'll work on these tasks as part of a team, either as the main owner of a specific area or across all domains. Your role will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

1. Building and Continuously Improving the Data Management Platform:

・Enable each development team to quickly collect, process, and verify the quality of various data, primarily focused on real estate.

・Allow numerous employees to perform analysis using user behavior logs and accumulated real estate data.

(Environment: A platform built on Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and BI tools.)

2.Designing and Operating the Security and Governance of the Data Management Platform.

1. Creating Systems to Empower Employees:

・Build a system that makes it easy and safe for employees—from Customer Success to Product Managers and Software Engineers—to perform analysis.

・Create a system that helps Software Engineers build data pipelines with low hurdles and high security.

1. Building and Operating Company-Wide KPI Dashboards using BI tools.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Practical experience in system development using cloud services.

Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

Experience in building and operating data infrastructure using languages such as SQL and Python.

Experience in building and operating infrastructure such as web systems and batch systems.

【Preferred】

Practical experience in data manipulation using advanced SQL

Practical experience in designing and operating security and governance for data and infrastructure platforms

Knowledge of IaC such as Terraform and practical experience in its operation

Knowledge of AWS and practical experience in development

Knowledge of Snowflake and practical experience in development

Knowledge of RDBMS, table design, and database tuning

Experience in using and selecting BI tools such as Tableau and Looker

Experience in using and building data processing tools such as dbt
