【新規素材開発に関わる実験業務】完全週休2日制・残業ほぼナシ・駅チカ

近年、自動車の軽量化や食品包装の改良、

さらには医療分野での応用など、

社会の課題解決に直結する新しい素材開発が求められています。

今回募集するお仕事は、

未来の社会を支える新素材の研究・開発をサポートするポジションです。

この仕事は、単なる「実験作業」ではなく、

理系出身の方はもちろん、

栄養学や生物学を学んだ方の

「データを扱う力」「品質を重視する視点」も活かせます。

具体的な業務内容

【業務内容】

・各種試験(チタン・ポリシリコン等の材料分析)における

新たな試験、分析、評価方法の考察

・パーティクルカウンター、PL装置用クライオスタットの対応

・グラインダーを使用し、ポリシリコン試料の研削

・切断機、研磨機などの老朽化に伴う更新に伴う導入テスト

・PN判定器を使用し、ポリシリコン試料の分析

・上記業務による内容との差異や、その他指摘の対応で該当基準を改訂

・操作方法や条件変化等によるマニュアルの改訂や新規のマニュアル作成

・分析機器のSPC管理(統計的プロセス制御)の定期的な管理値の確認や

管理用ファイルの改良

資格


【必須スキル】

・理系高専卒以上 または栄養学科卒の方

・基本的なPC操作(Excel・Word・PowerPoint)ができる方

・実験の経験がある方(学生時代の実習やアシスタント経験でもOK)

【あれば望ましい経験やスキル】

・理系学部卒以上 ・学生時、無機化学を専攻していた方

・Excelでのデータ整理やグラフ作成の経験

・品質管理や報告書作成、試薬・機器の管理経験

・チームで協力しながら研究や実験を進めた経験

【教育・サポート体制】

・研究員や先輩スタッフがOJTで丁寧に指導

・未経験の作業も一から学べる環境で、着実にスキルアップできます

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

時給 1800円~2000円

※経験により考慮します。

交通費:交通費支給

給与例


月収例 279,000円(時給1,800円×実働7.75h×週5日勤務×4週)
