社内のサポート役として、幅広いバックオフィス業務をお任せします。

ルーティンだけでなく、日々ちょっとした工夫が活かせる場面もあるので、

「誰かを支えるのが好き」「人の役に立つ仕事がしたい」という方にぴったりです。

具体的には:

・電話・来客対応(丁寧なマナーや対応力が身に付きます)

・データ入力、書類作成(WordやExcelを使用)

・見積書や請求書などの作成・チェック

・郵便物の受取・仕分け・発送手配

・備品や事務用品の発注・在庫管理

・社内スケジュール調整や交通機関の手配

・営業メンバーの事務サポート

・社内報告資料やプレゼン資料の簡単な作成

・イベントやミーティングの準備

・SNS更新のサポート(希望・適性により)

できることからゆっくり覚えていけるので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
