<職務内容>
・西神ラボラトリーズにおける、日本のGMP/QMS規制、及びLillyグローバル品質基準(LQS、GQS等)の要件に適合する為の手順書類の作成・改訂(定期的レビュー含む)
・効果的な品質システムガバナンスを確保する。
-定義されたGMP/QMS責任者業務又は関連業務を実施する。(詳細:PL03_001:GMP総則を参照)
・品質とコンプライアンスに関する、技術的および品質に関するアドバイスを提供する。
‐GMP/QMS及びLillyグローバル品質基準(LQS、GQS等)の制定・改訂に対して、各SMEにGap Assessment(分析・評価)を依頼し、適切なアクションを明確にする。
‐品質システムに関する改善点を明確にし、フォローアップ項目(システム、プロセス、手順の改善等)について計画的に実施する。
・Site Quality Planをフォローアップする。
・監査/調査(社内外含む)のファシリテート及び参画を行う。
・重要な品質問題は、直属の上司に即時報告し、問題管理および/または該当する改善のための適切なアクションを提案する。
<必須経験/スキル・資格>
- 学士号以上の学位。できれば医学、科学、薬学系、理学系、化学系、生化学系、農学系を専攻していることが望ましい。
- 日本法令、主にGMP/QMS及び、Lilly Quality Standard (LQS) 、Global Quality Standards (GQS) に関する基礎知識
- 医薬品及び医療機器の製造管理、品質管理システム/品質保証に関する基礎知識と実務経験
- 品質システムに関する基礎的な英語の読解、作成、コミュニケーションスキル
- 業務を円滑に遂行するためのリーダーシップ。
- 既存の問題点を発見する洞察力とその改善力
- リリー社内外における効果的な人間関係を構築し、維持するコミュニケーションスキル。
- 変化や葛藤の中で建設的な態度であり続ける能力。
- Microsoft Word、Excel、Power Point等、基本オフィスソフトの基本操作

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時内で勤務。(ただし、一斉休憩を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)一斉休憩:12時~13時
