We are currently seeking a full-time dedicated chef and Kitchen Manager starting in August at our dormitory kitchen located in Sapporo, Hokkaido.

You will be working for our catering company Cezars Kitchen and supporting the creation of meals.

[Essential Functions]

・Cooking from scratch with love

・Ensuring, promptness, freshness and quality of dishes

・Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.

・Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.

・Preparing menus

[Requirements]

・3+ years of cooking experience.

・A valid driver's license in Japan (or able to obtain one)

・Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.

・Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

[Working Days & Hours]

・Mon-Thu 07:00~10:00, 15:00~20:00 (8 hours/day)

・Fri 07:00~10:00

・Sun 15:00~20:00
